During the candidate selection process, Banca Intesa strives to make the experience pleasant, allowing candidates to get to know Banca Intesa better. HR employees at Banca Intesa are ready to provide as much information as needed for candidates to understand the position and the organization’s functioning.
The selection process consists of several steps:
Application
Candidates apply for an open position by filling out a short form and attaching their CV. Recruiters carefully review applications and notify candidates if they move to the next step.
Technical Interview
This interview is usually held online via MS Teams, but sometimes takes place in person at the bank’s headquarters in New Belgrade. The goal is mutual information exchange and getting to know each other better, with a detailed presentation of the position and answers to candidates’ questions. Candidates also present their previous experience and professional aspirations. Occasionally, candidates are given short technical tests or tasks. If there is mutual interest at this stage, the process moves forward.
HR Test and Interview
The next step consists of two parts. The first part involves online logic and personality tests, and the second part is an online interview lasting about half an hour.
Offer
HR staff at Banca Intesa inform candidates about the outcome of the process.
Through cooperation with Banca Intesa, we encourage all members of the Academic Inclusive Association to apply to the Candidate Database for employment.
Good luck to everyone!
